I just wanted to give a shout out to my WONDERFUL and most favourite mother (ok, the only one I know, but no doubt I couldn't have gotten any luckier than being dumped on their doorstep!) who had us a bit worried (ok, TOTALLY freaked out) with some medical worries. She got the Dr's AOK and is now going to be travelling the world and dragging my dad along on all the cruise ships she can. Here they come, Alaska cruise 2009! Apparently she was holding off buying luggage until she got the ok from the Dr. - well, at least she's practical if nothing else. That thought is so morbid you can't help but laugh at it.
Look at my cute parents (and all that SNOW in Calgary - now that dad's retired, I think he needs a dog team!).
And because they're my parents, they are goofballs. See dad dumping snow on mom on our way out to Christmas dinner.

"Oh crap, Stacie's still taking pictures, let's pretend you're not totally annoying me right now! Hahahaha.... I will punch you in the car for that in a few minutes."

Oh, Stacie, I had no idea. Thank goodness she's got the A-OK from the doc. I hope whatever it is is all cleared up now.
